Use of images is subject to the following terms and conditions. 

1  Starkey Zone agrees to fulfil your request to deliver images identified on your Licence Request Form.    Note: Accepting delivery of any images constitutes agreement of all terms and conditions. 

2. Images can only be used as stated on the Licence Request Form.  This includes restrictions on territory,  media, image size and duration of use.     

3. Use of images for sensitive subjects such as sex, drugs, political agendas, mental and physical ailments  etc. is prohibited without advance written permission from Starkey Zone.  Libelous, defamatory   pornographic or otherwise unlawful use of any image is strictly prohibited. 

4. Any unauthorised usage of images may be considered breach of copyright law. 

5. All invoices are strictly payable within 14 days. Starkey Zone subscribes to a debt collection agency.   Unpaid invoices may constitute a breach of copyright law. 

6. All purchases are considered final after 30 days.
