Upon agreement by Starkey Zone a licence can be purchased to use images in commercial, editorial and other applications.

Commission estimates, larger files, specific sizes, prints, slide dupes etc. are available on request. Additional images and new work can be displayed online in personalised exhibitions.

Enquiries can be made by contacting Starkey Zone directly or by filling out a Licence Request Form in the menu at the top of every page.

Licence fees are determined by the media where the image will be reproduced, what geographic location/market the image will be used in and the duration of use. You will receive a fee estimate or reply within 24 hours. Availability and pricing is not guaranteed until the final purchase is made. Payment can be made via an account/tax invoice payable in 14 days or credit card via PayPal, personal checks or money orders.

All images are guaranteed. Provided the image has not been used for any purpose it can be returned within 30 days of the purchaser receiving it and a full refund will be provided.

Images can be downloaded online, emailed or posted out on CD. Licences commence from the date the image is received and last for the duration specifed in the agreement. Starkey Zone will endeavour to protect the licencees rights at all times.

Starkey Zone does not sell the full copyright of images. Images have previously been used in books, on CD covers, as postcards, in ads, as part of web site designs, in magazines and newspapers. The library also contains work shot in parts of Australia, Spain, Switzerland, South America, Mexico and the US. If you have a request for a particular image please contact Starkey Zone. You will receive a reply in 24 hours.

Two types of Licence are available:

Exclusive Licence- the licencee is the only person who can use the image in the way covered by the licence. Limits relicensing of the same image for any use, in any industry, in the same territory for the duration of the licence agreement.

Non-Exclusive Licence- the licencee can use the image as covered by the licence, but other parties can licence the image for use in different fields, industries and territories to the licencee. A non- exclusive licence is a more affordable option and Starkey Zone will endevour to protect the licencees rights at all times and we will not re-licence images without first checking with the earlier licencee.
