Licence Request Form

Upon agreement by Starkey Zone a licence can be purchased to use images in commercial, editorial and other applications.

Enquiries regarding the use of stock images can be made by contacting Starkey Zone or by filling out this Licence Request below. You will receive a fee estimate via email within 24 hours. For full details about licences please read the Stock Info page.

Try and be as specific as possible when filling in the form so we can provide you with an accurate cost estimate. If you don't have exact details, please fill in what you know and we'll provide a price estimate that can be adjusted as more details come to hand. The information you submit will determine your licensing fee. The fee is determined by the image size required, the market and form the image is to be used in and the duration of use.

The Licence Request Form does not constitue a commitment on behalf of either party and availability and pricing is not guarenteed until the final purchase is made. Payment can be made via an account/tax invoice payable in 14 days or PayPal, personal checks, money orders. All images are guaranteed. Provided the image has not been used for any purpose it can be returned within 30 days of the purchaser receiving it and a full refund will be provided.

All images can be emailed or posted out on CD.
